Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
1 oz Bird Bog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
whipped cream, for garnish
pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
In a small saucepan combine sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk. Whisk continuously over low heat until all ingredients are combined and milk is heated through. Simmer, do not boil. Pour hot chocolate into a mug and stir in Bird Bog Pumpkin Spice Whiskey. Top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
