Old Fashioned
2 oz. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon
1 Splash Club Soda
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 tsp. Sugar
Maraschino Cherry (optional)
Orange Wheel
In a rocks or an Old Fashioned glass, muddle the splash of club soda, sugar, orange wheel, cherry and bitters. Remove the orange, fill with ice and then add bourbon. Garnish with a fresh orange wheel. Add a cherry if desired.
