Blackberry Bourbon Smash
2 oz. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight 7 Year Old Small Batch
3 Teaspoons Sugar
4 Mint Leaves
½ a Lime
0.25 Cup Blackberries
2 oz. Club Soda
In a cocktail shaker combine sugar, lime, blackberries, and Bird Dog Kentucky Straight 7 Year Old Small Batch. Muddle to break up the berries, mint, and lime, and dissolve the sugar. Add a generous amount of ice and shake to chill and combine. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Strain cocktail over ice, top off with club soda. Garnish with mint, berries, and lime.
