Orange Blackberry Whiskey Sour
2 oz. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3 to 5 Blackberries
0.25 oz. Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Bitters
1.25 oz. Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
Orange Slice (garnish)
Sprig of Mint (garnish)
Muddle blackberries, simple syrup, and bitters in the bottom of a shaker. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass filled with shaved or crushed ice. Garnish with an orange slice or a sprig of mint.
