Bourbon Peach Smash
2 oz. Bird Dog Peach Whiskey
Half A Large, Diced Peach
.5 to 1 oz. Brown Sugar Syrup
Splash Ginger Beer or Club Soda
Add peach, mint leaves, brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle to release the peach juices and mint oils. Add Bird Dog Peach Whiskey, fill the shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer or seltzer water. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and a peach slice.
