Frozen Peach Bees Knees

1.5 oz Bird Dog Honey Whiskey

2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Honey

½ cup Frozen Sliced Peaches (4 or 5 large slices)

1 cup Ice

Peach Slice (garnish)

Combine Bird Dog Honey whiskey, lemon juice, honey, frozen peaches and ice in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth. Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of peach, if desired.
