Raspberry Mint Julep
1.5 oz. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Raspberries
Mint Leaves
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
0.25 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
0.75 oz. Sparkling Water
Add a few fresh raspberries and mint leaves to a shaker and muddle together. Next, add ice along with Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup and syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a punch glass, top with sparkling water and garnish with some mint leaves and raspberries.
