2 oz. Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 7 Year Old Small Batch

6 Blackberries 

0.5 oz. Lemon Juice 

1 oz. Simple Sage Syrup

Sage Leafs (garnish)

2 Blackberries (garnish)

Muddle blackberries with lemon juice and simple sage syrup in a shaker. Add Bird Dog Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 7 Year Old Small Batch, and ice cubes then shake. Pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sage leaf and blackberries.
